SHIPPING

• FREE SHIPPING for all orders in the domestic United States.
• All beds are shipped as soon as possible within 3-5 business days of your order. 
• It takes a lot of work and effort to maintain our small business. We are working as fast as we can. Please be patient as I will make sure you receive an impeccable product from us!
• Shipping for international orders are calculated at checkout. For some international orders duty may be charged by your country. This is not set by us but by the country. 

RETURNS

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. 
• For returns due to damage etc shipping is paid by us for a return. We provide you a return label.

CANCELLATIONS

• We accept cancellations only if your order has not shipped.
• Please contact me first via our contact us page to find out if it has started or finished production.
